Who is the phone donated to? How will you monitor the usage of the Smartphone?

Currently, we have partnered with two government schools to whom these smartphones will be donated. In the next phase, we will be partnering with other government schools across the country. These phones will become the property of the schools and the schools will then maintain a 'Smartphone Library' and lend these phones to their students who need them. The schools will provide training to students on how to use a smartphone for online classes and they will also monitor usage of the smartphones.

What if I cannot deliver the phone?

That’s not a problem at all. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will arrange for a pick up anytime between 9 AM – 6 PM. We will ensure that the agent is wearing a mask. The agent will call you before arriving at your location. Once s/he arrives, you can leave the phone at a specified location and s/he will collect it maintaining necessary social distance.

Can I donate a phone with minor cosmetic damages?

Yes, you can. As long as the damages are purely cosmetic. We will not be able to accept phones that may have any functionality issues (browser not working, camera not working, etc.).

Do I have to give the box? What about accessories?

No, it is not necessary to provide a box, charger, and accessories. However, if any of these items are available, we encourage you to donate them too as they would further enrich the online learning experience of the students.
